Who we are

Feather Grey Consulting was established in 2018 by Debbie Wyatt. Having worked both agency and client side in recruitment related roles for decades, Debbie has a deep understanding of the recruitment life cycle and a proven track record of delivery, effective client management, resourcing, and talent acquisition. 

After leading in-house recruitment at a tech startup, Debbie became acutely aware of the challenges talent teams faced in this space – and decided to do something about it.

This led to the creation of Feather Grey, setup specifically to solve the complex hiring challenges of smaller and newer tech based businesses. We do this by building brilliant relationships, listening and asking the right questions, and being open and honest at all times. We take a big picture view of search related problems and care deeply about delivering an ‘above-and-beyond’ service to help clients and candidates achieve their goals.
