Feather Grey Consulting was founded by me, Debbie Wyatt, to help founder-led tech SMEs scale with confidence.

 

With over 30 years of experience, I specialise in solving complex hiring challenges while protecting the unique culture that drives your business.

My passion lies in creating trusted partnerships and delivering hires that make a lasting impact, not just for today, but for the long term.

Feather Grey Consulting is intentionally small by design. This allows me to stay agile, personal, and completely focused on what matters most, finding brilliant people who align with your culture and drive your business forward.

Family is at the heart of why Feather Grey exists. I set up this business to be present for my daughters, Megan and Emily, and to create a life that balances purpose and priorities.

 

Megan, my eldest, is now an integral part of the team. A Psychology Graduate with a Master’s in occupational psychology underway, she’s as passionate as I am about high performance, employee engagement, and talent strategies. She also happens to be a sourcing ninja! Megan has a remarkable talent for finding brilliant candidates who go on to make a massive impact within their new roles, clients have called them "incredible hires."
